kp99 believes entertainment should be enjoyable, not stressful. Use our tools and guidelines to play in a healthy and controlled way.

21+ For players aged 21 and over only. Opening an account and playing any game at kp99 is strictly for adults. Participation by minors is completely prohibited.

Online gaming and betting can be a form of entertainment — but it may not be right for everyone, all the time. kp99 always puts players' mental wellbeing and financial safety first. Our responsible gaming policy is designed to keep you in control at all times.

Never treat gambling as a source of income or a way to pay off debts. It is purely a leisure activity. If you feel that gambling is having a negative impact on your life, please contact us — kp99 is always here for you.

Core Principles of Healthy Play

For responsible gaming at kp99, we recommend following these core principles:

Set a fixed budget for yourself each day or week and do not go beyond that limit.
Do not place more bets trying to recover money you have lost — this is "chasing losses" and it is a risky behaviour.
Set a time limit for your play and take a break when that time is up.
Avoid playing when you are feeling stressed, anxious, or upset.
Avoid playing while under the influence of alcohol or any other substance.
Never neglect family, friends, or work in favour of gambling.

Signs of Problem Gambling

There are signs that gambling may be becoming a problem. If any of the following apply to you, seek help right away:

Constantly thinking about money lost while playing, or dreaming of winning it back.
Spending more money or time than you planned.
Repeatedly trying to stop playing but failing each time.
Borrowing money from others or selling possessions to fund gambling.
Lying to or hiding your gambling from family or friends.
Feeling restless or depressed when not gambling.

Advice for Parents

If you have family members under 18, make sure they cannot access your account. Use a password on your device and keep your login details secure. kp99 is firmly committed to protecting minors.

Our Protection Tools

Deposit Limit

You can set a maximum on how much you can deposit per day, per week, or per month. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately, and a waiting period applies if you want to increase it.

Loss Limit

Decide in advance the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a given period. When that limit is reached, the account will automatically pause gaming for that period.

Session Time Limit

Set how long you want to spend in each gaming session. When the time is up, kp99 will alert you and, if needed, pause your account so you can come back refreshed.

Time-Out

If you want a temporary break, you can take a time-out of anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days. During this time no bets, games, or deposits will be possible on your account.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel gambling has become a serious problem for you, apply for a long-term self-exclusion. Once this is active, your account cannot be reopened before the set period ends.

Reality Check

At regular intervals a pop-up will tell you how long you have been playing and how much you have won or lost. This information helps you stay aware and in control.

How to Activate Protection Tools

Log in to Your Account

Responsible Gaming Menu

From the profile menu, go to the "Responsible Gaming" section — you will find all protection tools there.

Choose Your Preferred Limit

Select whichever you need: deposit limit, time limit, loss limit, or self-exclusion.

Confirm

Save your choice. You will receive a confirmation that the limit is in effect.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Control

The minimum deposit at kp99 is just ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳800. We ensure fast and secure transactions via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Withdrawals are typically processed in 15 minutes to 2 hours.

As part of responsible gaming, we recommend setting a fixed entertainment budget each month and not exceeding it. You can use our deposit limit tool to apply this budget automatically.

Awareness About Bonuses and Wagering

kp99's welcome bonus is attractive — up to 200% on your first deposit, with a maximum of ৳5,000. Keep in mind, however, that a 25x wagering requirement applies before the bonus can be withdrawn (on the bonus amount only). For example: if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you will need to place a total of ৳50,000 in bets before withdrawing. View the bonus as extra entertainment, not as guaranteed income.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, but your account cannot be reactivated before the self-exclusion period ends. Once the period is over, you will need to contact our support team and go through a review process.

A time-out is a short-term break (typically 24 hours to 30 days) for when you just want to step away for a while. Self-exclusion is a longer-term measure for when gambling feels like a serious problem. The self-exclusion process is stricter and cannot be cancelled before the set period ends.

Only players aged 21 or older may open an account and play at kp99. Participation by minors is strictly prohibited and we take the necessary steps to verify age.

kp99 provides support via 24/7 live chat and email ([email protected]). We also offer protection tools such as self-exclusion, deposit limits, and time-out. For serious addiction, we recommend seeking help from a professional mental health specialist.

A reality check is a regular reminder to take a break. After you have been playing for a set amount of time, a pop-up appears on screen telling you how long you have been playing and how much you have won or lost during that time. You can then decide whether to keep playing or take a break.
