1.1 General Introduction

These terms and conditions apply to every individual ("user", "member", "you") who uses the kp99 platform ("platform", "website") and its services. By opening an account, accessing, or using any service on kp99, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms.

1.2 Age Requirement and Eligibility

kp99 services are available only to individuals aged 21 or above. By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. kp99 reserves the right to take any appropriate steps to verify age and may suspend an account until age is confirmed.

• You must be a real individual — corporate accounts are not permitted.
• Each person may operate only one account.
• You must register under your own name and provide accurate information.
• The service is not available to users in regions where online betting is legally prohibited.

2.1 Account Registration

When opening an account on kp99, you must provide truthful and complete information. Providing false information may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of associated funds. The information required at registration includes:

• Active mobile number
• Valid email address
• Date of birth

kp99 may at any time request additional documents for identity verification, such as a copy of a national ID. Refusal to submit documents will result in the account remaining suspended.

2.2 Account Security and Confidentiality

• The account must not be made available to any third party.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same device or network is prohibited.
• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or given to another person.

2.3 Account Closure

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting the kp99 support team. All pending withdrawals must be completed before the account is closed. kp99 also reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If the terms and conditions are violated
• If evidence of fraud or fraudulent activity is found
• If false identity information is used
• If suspicious money laundering activity is detected
• If betting software or bots are used

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kp99 currently supports transactions through the following mobile financial services in Bangladesh:

3.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits must be made from the user's own registered mobile number. Deposits from third-party accounts or unauthorised payment sources will not be accepted and will be returned. Deposited funds will be credited to the account only after successful confirmation.

3.3 Withdrawal Terms

The following conditions must be met to make a withdrawal:

• The account must be fully verified.
• Withdrawals will only be sent via the same method used for the deposit and to the registered number.
• If any active bonus is present, wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

kp99 may take additional time to verify a withdrawal if needed. If fraud is suspected, a withdrawal may be temporarily suspended.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

kp99 offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳3,000.
• Deposit ৳6,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳5,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳11,000.

To receive the welcome bonus, the first deposit must be at least ৳200. This bonus may only be claimed once, and claiming a bonus on multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

For kp99 bonuses, wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only (not the deposit plus bonus — only the bonus). The wagering multiplier is 25x. For example:

Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met. Certain games may contribute differently to wagering calculations — contact the support team for details.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• A new bonus cannot be activated while another bonus is active.
• A bonus can be cancelled voluntarily, but the bonus balance will be removed at that point.
• Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• kp99 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

5.1 Fair Play Rules

All games on kp99 are operated in a fair and transparent environment. Players are required to refrain from the following activities:

• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts.
• Exploiting system errors or technical issues.
• Colluding with other players (collusion).
• Taking advantage of bonuses or promotions through fraudulent methods.
• Gaining an advantage through multiple accounts.

If these rules are violated, kp99 reserves the right to immediately suspend or close the account, and the associated balance may be forfeited.

5.2 Technical Errors

If a technical error results in an incorrect amount being credited or an incorrect result being displayed, kp99 reserves the right to correct it. Abnormal winnings obtained due to an error may be voided. If a user notices any error, they are required to notify the support team immediately.

5.3 Sports Betting Special Rules

The following rules apply to sports betting:

• Bets are settled based on the officially announced result.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets are generally considered void and funds are returned.
• Once a bet has been accepted, it cannot be changed due to market movements.
• Depending on circumstances, a market may be closed early.

6.1 VIP Membership

kp99's VIP program has five tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

You can advance to a higher tier through regular play. VIP benefits apply only to active members. kp99 reserves the right to change the rules of the VIP program.

6.2 Responsible Gaming Terms
